Matt is running as an Independent candidate to represent Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District. He served in the Marine Corps for 28 years including combat deployments during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom and ultimately retired as a full Colonel.
